First of all, selfies will prove too difficult to obtain adequate pictures, so you will need somebody to help take your pics.
They don’t need to be a professional photographer but the pictures must be good enough that our Drs can determine the way you bite, the amount of crowding or spacing between your teeth as well as the appearance of your smile relative to your face.

Photos must be: in focus, framed properly and taken in the correct angle.

Step 2: Complete our Online Form

Once you’ve taken your 7 pics, you’re ready to complete our online form.

Fill out the form HERE. The questions followed by an asterisk * as well as all 7 pictures are required  for us to assess your bite and complete your Free report.

Step 3: Obtain your FREE report by e-mail

Once we’ve received your completed form one of our Drs will analyze the pictures and prepare a preliminary diagnosis including an estimate of all costs. You will also be informed if you’re a good candidate for clear aligners and if so , whether you would need additional appliances prior to the aligners ( for example to fix the bite before proceeding to align the teeth).

A complete orthodontic exam (including Panoramic and Cephalometric X-rays, 3D impressions and photos) is required to proceed to a more thorough analysis of your case. Following this study, it is possible that the proposed treatment differs from the one found in your report.

If it turns out that the final treatment plan is more expensive than the preliminary plan and that you decide not to proceed with the treatment, the cost of the examination will be reimbursed.
